The Eisenstark Agency was a full service insurance agency with more than 75 years of combined experience between the agents. Sadly they have sold to Ted Todd Insurance of Bonita Spring Florida who now offers the worst service I have ever had with any insurance agent or agency. Based at how they treat customers, I can never trust any agent at Allstate again - certainly I will never trust Ted Todd Insurance agency of Boca Raton and Bonita Springs Florida.
What are you insurance needs? Whatever your insurance needs are the Eisenstark Agency of Boca Raton Florida used to help with the best value and exceptional service. Now you will NOT get that with the Ted Todd insurance company who give you the run around, create trouble with your mortgage company, hide from phone calls, double charge your account and take more than a month to straighten it out.
Real insurance professionals will take the time to find out what you really need and match you with the right insurance at the right price. You will not get this level of service from Ted Todd Insurance because I did not.

Property Damage Liability Protection: Typically provides coverage if you or a covered driver is legally liable for damages to another's property resulting from a covered auto accident.
Collision Insurance: This coverage helps pay for damage to your insured vehicle caused by a covered accident with another vehicle or a collision with most anything else, such as a tree.
Comprehensive Insurance: This coverage helps pay for damages to your insured vehicle, up to the actual cash value, caused by falling objects, fire, theft, vandalism and other non collision losses.
Medical Payments or Personal Injury Protection: This insurance typically provides coverage for certain expenses incurred by you and other covered persons due to an accident, such as medical, hospital, loss of service and funeral expenses. Income continuation benefits may also be in included.
Uninsured Motorist Coverage: Typically provides coverage for you and other covered persons injured or killed in an accident caused by a negligent, uninsured or under insured driver.
Flood Insurance: Did you know that as much as 25% of all flood claims occur outside of a high risk flood areas and a standard homeowners insurance policy does not cover you in event of a flood? In Florida we are particularly vunerable to flooding especially close to the coast.
For a relatively small insurance premium, you can protect yourself from a financial loss in such a disaster. With a program administered through the National Flood Insurance Program you can buy the protection you need. Just make sure that you do not buy it from Ted Todd insurance agency in Boca Raton Florida or they may double bill you as they did with me, give false and misleading information to you and your mortgage company, not follow directions, and refunds may take months if you can get them.
